The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom (massage shower, sink, toilet), two bedrooms and a sun terrace with deckchairs overlooking the nearby hills (Dobrovlje, Čreta, Menina planina).
For relaxation, there is also a Finnish sauna, which is located in the house itself and you can use it as you wish. Outside there is a covered terrace with a fireplace and a jacuzzi.
In the surroundings of Koča ob jezeru, there are many opportunities for cycling, hiking to the nearby Ston mountain, which is a popular tourist spot for hikers, or you can enjoy a walk in the nearby forest and pick mushrooms. Golte ski resort is located near the cottage (6 km).
